Refund Policy

Digital Goods Policy
Since wolffxcode.com offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods (digital software licenses), we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased and the license key is delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

Exceptions (Technical Issues)
We will only consider refund requests under very specific conditions:

  1. Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive the delivery email within 24 hours, please contact us. If we are unable to deliver the key to you via alternative methods, a refund may be issued.
  2. Major defects: If the license key is defective or the software fails to activate due to a bug in our code, and our technical support cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days after you provide full technical documentation (screenshots and MT5 logs), a refund may be issued.
  3. Important: Refunds are not issued for issues caused by third-party software (MT5 platform), incorrect user configuration, or lack of trading knowledge.

EU Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a digital license, you expressly consent and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive once the digital content (license key) has been delivered to your email or “My Account” section.
